DIFFA/Dallas UPSIDEDOWN Collection 2007 Adds New Element
1.5.07 posted in Press Releases
DIFFA/Dallas UPSIDEDOWN Collection Chairman Jeffrey Horn and Vice Chair Bryan Long announced the creation of “Bubble Blast,” an event simultaneous to Collection, which returns to the Hilton Anatole Hotel on March 31.
Held in the Coronado Ballroom, a live feed will telecast all the events from the Trinity Ballroom, including the over-the-top runway show, onto a special screen. Howard Eckhart of The Party and Event Designers, Inc., has reserved his LED Interactive Dance Floor for Bubble Blast, which is one of just five in the United States. Internationally renowned DJ Spectro will fly in exclusively for this event, complete with sound design by Anthony Klatt.
“We came up with Bubble Blast as a way to introduce DIFFA/Dallas’ Jacket Collection to new people and build interest in DIFFA/Dallas in the years to come. Standing room tickets worked at the Apparel Mart, but logistically did not at the Anatole. We wanted to create a special and unique event for the former standing room ticket holders. After the show, all UPSIDEDOWN Collection guests will have VIP access to Bubble Blast as models and entertainers converge for the ultimate after-party,” says Chairman Jeffrey Horn.
Sponsors of Bubble Blast include Barefoot Bubbly, Bud Light, The Party and Event Designers Inc., and The Dallas Voice.
Tickets for Bubble Blast are $50 per person. DIFFA/Dallas UPSIDEDOWN Collection and Bubble Blast will be held March 31, 2007 at The Hilton Anatole Hotel. For ticket and table sales information call 214.748.8580, email gkelly.dallas@diffa.org, or buy online at www.DIFFADallas.org.
